Orders are processed and dispatched on business days only.

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

During peak periods, collection launches, or public holidays, processing times may be longer.


3. Shipping Methods

Shipments are handled by reliable third‑party courier services selected by BALAHON.

Available shipping methods and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout and depend on the destination country.


4. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout and displayed before the order is completed.

BALAHON reserves the right to adjust shipping costs without prior notice.


5. International Shipping, Duties, and Taxes

International shipments may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or other fees in accordance with the laws of the destination country.

Any such charges, if applicable, are the sole responsibility of the customer.

BALAHON is not responsible for delays caused by customs procedures.


6. Shipment Tracking

Once an order has been dispatched, customers will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information, where provided by the courier.


7. Uncollected and Returned Shipments

If an order is not collected and is returned to sender, BALAHON reserves the right to:

    • re‑ship the order at the customer’s expense, or
    • issue a refund minus the actual shipping costs incurred

8. Liability

BALAHON is not responsible for delivery delays caused by factors beyond our control, including but not limited to:

    • courier delays
    • weather conditions
    • customs procedures

The risk of loss or damage passes to the customer once the order is handed over to the courier, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
